The pleasure of an artist lies in the reactions that his work incites in others based on emotions.
This is a personal quote by me that I wanted to share. Originally it was during a French essay (on art, etc) that I came up with this
Id like to explain it a bit: the word pleasure can be creating art, or getting the satisfaction of being creative. An artist can be a painter, a writer, an illustrator, any other profession that demands creative talent. reactions can be bad, good, or even criticism. Finally, others are the viewers, the followers, the fans of the person.
I could go on and on about this, but in general above is what I meant and what I was thinking when I wrote the essay based around this quote/phrase.
I dont know if someone already said something similar to this, but I dont really care. This little expression means a lot to me and perhaps many of you may not agree with me, but these words will always stay with me when creating art/anything.
